OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is a goal-setting process in which an objective specifies the desired outcome and is accompanied by 3-5 quantitative and measurable key results.

Objectives articulate what you aim to achieve, and they should be expressed in a impactful and persuasive manner.

Key Results, on the other hand, represent the actions or measures taken to attain a goal. Key Results might be deliverables or quantitative performance markers (effort or projects).
